1. Eligibility & Account Registration

2. Services Provided
- Tantra Yoga Courses: Includes live or recorded sessions, educational materials, and discussion forums.
- Elixirmix: A premium stem cell nutrition supplement available for purchase and delivery.

Both offerings are subject to their own policies regarding usage, privacy, payments, and refunds.

3. License to Use
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to:
- Access and view course materials for personal, non-commercial use.
- Download resources (if allowed), strictly for personal use.

You may not:
- Reproduce, sell, or publicly display any content or materials.
- Share login credentials or distribute our products unlawfully.
- Modify or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.

4. Public Forums and User Content
- Forums are optional and support knowledge sharing around Tantra Yoga.
- You are fully responsible for anything you post.
- By posting, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use and share your content on the Platform and in marketing materials.

5. Code of Conduct
You agree to:
- Use the Platform lawfully and respectfully.
- Avoid posting or sharing offensive, harmful, defamatory, or explicit content.
- Never impersonate others or interfere with the Platform’s operations.

Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, videos, course materials, product names (including Elixirmix), and site elements are the intellectual property of Vathuvai Vimalraj Tantra School. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. Payments, Refunds & Billing Terms

A. Payments
- All payments are securely processed via trusted third-party payment gateways.
- Accepted methods: UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and mobile wallets.
- Transactions are processed in INR (Indian Rupees).
- We do not store any payment data like card or UPI details.

B. Pricing and Taxes
- All prices on the Platform are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise mentioned.
- Prices may change at our discretion without prior notice.

C. Digital Products (Tantra Yoga Courses)
- Courses are classified as non-tangible digital goods.
- Full payment is required before access is granted.
- Once access is given, no refunds or cancellations are permitted (as per our Refund Policy).

D. Physical Products (Elixirmix)
- Full payment is required before dispatch.
- Refunds or replacements are allowed only in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items. (Refer to our Refund Policy.)
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

E. Failed Payments
- If payment fails due to technical reasons or authorization issues, the order will not be processed.

F. Invoices
- Upon successful payment, a receipt will be emailed to your registered address.
- If not received, please check spam folders or contact support.

G. Disputes & Chargebacks
- We reserve the right to suspend course access or Elixirmix delivery in the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, until the issue is resolved.

8. Disclaimer
The Platform and its services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the materials provided are free from error or fit for a specific purpose. Use is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, income, or access caused by your use (or inability to use) our services.

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Creator and its affiliates against any claims arising from your use of the Platform, breach of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.
